Add your Chat Members
In the “Chat” section of the left-hand menu, open “Chat member management”, click “Add Chat Member” and enter first name, last name and email. Each Chat Member will receive an email with instructions on how to log in.
Open a channel
Click “Add channel”, give it a name (this is what visitors will see on your digital profile) and assign it to a Chat Member. From then on, the chat icon will appear on your profile.
PHASE 2 · CHAT WITH VISITORS

Download the app and log in
Each Chat Member downloads the IBE INTERMOBILITY Future Ways app, taps “Sign up/Log in” on the home screen and logs in with their personal credentials.
Turn on notifications
Allow notifications: for every new chat you will receive a push notification and an email. Opening the notification takes you straight to the conversation.
Reply to visitors
Tap the chat icon at the top right of the app's homepage to see all active conversations, choose the one you want and reply in real time. From the chat you can also accept or decline appointment requests received from visitors.
Good to know
- Chat Member credentials are personal and cannot be used on more than one device at the same time.
- Chat Members are added in the reserved area by the main contact person or by the reserved area collaborators.
- Received enough requests? Turn off the “Active” toggle of the channel: if the dot is coloured, the channel is visible to visitors; if it is transparent, it no longer is.
- Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password” on the login screen: you will receive an email to set a new one.
Open the exhibitor's profile
In the IBE INTERMOBILITY Future Ways app, go to the “Exhibitors” section, search for the company you are interested in and open its digital profile.
Tap the chat icon
You will find it at the top of the profile of exhibitors who have activated the chat.
Choose the channel and write
A pop-up with the channel name will open: select it to open the chat and start the conversation right away.
