Dates, times, and location

When does the trade fair take place?

The trade fair will take place from November 24 to 26, 2026.

What are the opening hours of the trade fair?

On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, access to the event will be available from 9:00 to 18:00

What is the address of the fair to set up your GPS?

The address of the Rimini exhibition center is: Via Emilia, 155 – Rimini.

Access is through the SOUTH entrance: Via Emilia, 155 (GPS coordinates: 44.0726, 12.526308).

Is the trade fair held every year?

IBE Intermobility Future Ways is a biennial event, held in even-numbered years.

Entrances and accessibility

Can non-industry professionals attend?

Yes, the trade fair is open to everyone: not only industry professionals, but also students, researchers, and enthusiasts of public mobility. 

Are minors allowed to enter?

  • Entry is allowed for minors aged 12 to 18 upon completion of a waiver form.
  • Italian Exhibition Group Spa reminds that minors under 18 can access the IBE event only if accompanied by an adult exercising parental or legal guardianship authority, after the latter have completed and signed the appropriate waiver form, which must be presented at the fairground ticket offices already filled out.

Do people with disabilities have to pay for the ticket?

No. Entry is free, including for one accompanying person. Just go to the ticket offices.

Yes, the exhibition center is fully accessible to people with disabilities.

Are wheelchairs available for people with disabilities inside the exhibition center?

Wheelchairs are available at the exhibition center upon reservation, as indicated at the following link.

Are animals allowed to enter?

Entry is allowed for small dogs equipped with a leash and muzzle.

How to reach the fair

How do you get to Rimini?

  • By car: A14 motorway, exit at Rimini Nord (3 km) or Rimini Sud (7 km)
  • By train: Milan - Bari line, Rimini Fiera station is just 50 meters from the main entrance (active on all event days) or Rimini Centrale — timetables available at www.trenitalia.com
  • By plane: airports of Rimini, Bologna, and Ancona.

Yes, the free network IEG.FREEWIFI is available in the restaurant areas and conference rooms. Access is granted upon registration via social media account or by providing your name, surname, and email.
