The VISA Invitation Letter is intended for international exhibitors who require an official invitation letter to apply for a visa to enter Italy and attend IBE Intermobility Future Ways. This letter facilitates the visa application process by confirming your participation in the event.
Submission modalities: Requests should only be sent via the online form available at the link below. Requests sent by email will not be considered.
The deadline for sending any visa invitation requests is October 24th, 2026. Starting from October 25th any visa invitation requests will no longer be accepted nor processed.
