Missed race, expiring tender, quote to prepare: three everyday problems, three AI agents

From incident report to alert, from tender to draft, from request to quote: AI in the daily work of bus operators
A delayed bus, a missed run, a diversion due to roadworks. A tender to intercept before the deadline. A charter request – 'Milan–Munich, 52 people, Friday to Sunday' – to be turned into a quote.
These are activities that every day consume hours of manual work for passenger transport operators. In this talk, we show how an AI agent can take them on: managing service anomalies by proposing actions to the operations centre and generating passenger alerts on Telegram, WhatsApp and social media; monitoring tenders daily, classifying them and preparing a first draft response; building the quote by cross-referencing fleet, route, tolls, driving hours and rates.
