Regional Councillor for Tourism, Commerce, and Sport - Emilia-Romagna Region
Roberta Frisoni is an economist specializing in transport economics, regulation, and policy. Throughout her career, she has worked on a variety of projects for both public institutions and private clients.
In December 2024, she was appointed Councilor for Tourism, Trade, and Sport for the Emilia-Romagna Region.
From 2016 to 2024, she was Councilor for Urban Planning and Transport for the Municipality of Rimini, a city undergoing a major regeneration process and implementation of sustainable mobility.
Previously, she worked for several years at Steer Davies Gleave, where she worked on major impact assessments for the European Commission and projects for the European Parliament. She also supported business development activities in the transport sector, across various modes and services - including bus, rail, and cycling - both in Italy and abroad.
